Yes. The Client Portal is the central hub that allows you and your security team to monitor and manage the React Mobile safety solution. This includes adding contacts to receive emergency alerts, checking device battery life, and retain a history log of alerts.
Yes. There are two types of users you can create: Enterprise Admin and Dispatch Admin.
There are three roles you may assign to each user: Admin, Operator and Viewer.
The Alert History Log will display the previous 14 days’ worth of data. However, you may reach out to us at support@reactmobile.com if you need to review further historical information. In addition, Alert History is now available for export as a CSV file, so you can easily save any logs in an Excel format when needed.
No. You can add the phone number of the sender as a Contact in your device, then assign its own tone and mute the messages on your days off.
Any device that can use a browser can log-in to the Client Portal.
Generally 5-7 seconds* for the initial alert, then the location information will be available within 30 seconds.
*Signal strength/quality may affect the time.
No. When a panic button triggers an alert, a pop-up notification will display, and the number of alerts will appear in the tab of the browser. In addition, the alert will generate an audible sound from the computer and send alert notifications to the specified contacts.
While we do recommend checking on the individual who fired the alert and physically clearing it from that device, you can easily cancel the alert if the panic button was triggered by mistake.
