Are volume discounts available for large organizations?

Yes, if your organization has multiple locations we have discounted pricing available. Contact a sales rep to learn more.

What about hardware costs?

Hardware costs vary depending on the amount of equipment needed. Our sales reps are able to build a quote specific to your organization's unique needs.

What about installation costs?

Aside from the monthly subscription fees outlined above there is a one time installation fee. Installation costs run $1,495 per man day. As a point of reference we can usually install our safety platform in a 200 room building in two days.

What are bluetooth panic buttons?

Our bluetooth panic buttons are small key fob type buttons that your staff can wear on a lanyard or belt clip. These devices are paired with a smart device that the employee uses to manage their work day. When the button is pressed it will send a signal to the smart device which will then trigger an alert within our software and send notifications with location information to a list of security contacts that you have designated to receive the alerts.

What is a stand alone LTE/Wi-Fi panic button?

Our stand alone LTE/Wi-Fi panic buttons are designed to work without the need to tether to a smart mobile device. They can be distributed to your staff and when activated they will find the nearest bluetooth beacon to report location information or in the absence of a beacon (in the event the person activating the alert is off property) report GPS location information.

What is React Mobile's two-way voice communication device?

Our two-way voice communication device works by connecting to your organization's wi-fi, with cellular connection backup. This device can be used with the panic alerting feature or without. This device can be used with the installation of location technology, or without.

Will this make my hotel compliant for an ordinance?

Our communication and safety platform is built specifically to help hotels comply with safety mandates and ordinances. We've installed our system in more hotels within mandated jurisdictions than any other company. Our flexible and open platform enables us to deliver the right system to effectively protect your staff and comply with your requirements.

How soon can I get my organization set up with this system?

In the best circumstances, we can install a new organization within a month of purchase. However, we recommend scheduling installation as far in advance as possible. Our backlog of installation requests continues to lengthen. Don't wait until right before a deadline to try and implement a solution.

How long does an installation take?

Each of our installers can install 100 rooms per day. If we send three installers we can install a 1000 room property in about 3 days. No matter how large your properties are we are the fastest panic button system to implement on the market.

Will your solution work both inside and outside my property?

Our platform is designed to work both on and off property. While your employees are on property we can pull their location information from either an integration or from our bluetooth beacon network to provide room level accuracy anywhere inside your building. Off property our system can revert to GPS tracking to provide location information anywhere in the world.

Who gets the alerts when a panic button is pressed?

When an alert is triggered it will appear in our Client Portal and Responder Application. Our system will also send alerts via push notifications and/or email to the smart devices of any contacts you have designated to receive emergency alerts. These alerts show up to the minute location information on where the person in distress is or has moved to within the property.

What are bluetooth beacons?

Bluetooth beacons are small devices that we can install throughout your property that will transmit location information to any smart device that has activated an emergency alert. This allows us to give exact room level location in an emergency without having to rely on staff self reporting through an operations management software.
