In 2019, Pebblebrook joined a list of major hotel brands and the American Hotel and Lodging Association to issue the 5-STAR PROMISE, a commitment to hotel employee safety, achieved by equipping employees with safety devices and updated policies and training to keep workers safe.

We have dedicated a significant amount of resources to assist our hotel operators with sexual harassment awareness, training, and avoidance programs, in addition to training and resources to prevent human trafficking.
