Client Success Project Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a Client Success Project Manager to join our Client Success Team. In this role, you will manage client relationships, lead onboarding and implementation efforts, and ensure successful deployment of our safety technology. Your work will be central to driving customer satisfaction, achieving key milestones, and supporting the ongoing success of our clients.

This position requires strong project management skills, exceptional communication, and a passion for helping others succeed. 

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead customer onboarding by collaborating with sales and installation teams to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Plan and manage client success programs that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Act as a product expert on React Mobile’s technology and implementation practices.
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
  • Create and maintain project plans, while identifying areas for operational improvement.
  • Coordinate tasks across internal teams to drive project completion and alignment.
  • Maximize client value by identifying growth and product adoption opportunities.
  • Partner with engineering and installation teams to identify and resolve challenges quickly.

  • Support the sales process as needed, providing insight into customer needs and solutions.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success Manager or Project Manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of fostering positive customer relationships and delivering high satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on becoming a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Experience managing complex client schedules.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Smartsheet, ZenDesk, and Slack preferred.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data related to program performance and implementation outcomes.
